Quick Clean Services staff personal are insured under our general liability protection. This type of insurance protects and compensates you if one of our staff members is guilty of theft. This type of liability insurance protects you and covers damages to your home that are caused by our staff personnel.

We periodically review local industry rates to ensure competitive pricing. We guarantee you will receive the highest value from our cleaning services. Our fees are based on your home square footage, and the actual time it takes to clean your home in half-hour increments with a one-hour minimum. Our cleaning crews normally consist of three to four people per hour. We have two primary ways of billing: by the job and by the hour. Quick Clean Services residential cleaning estimates are based on square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, occupants, pets, etc. Our rates, our guarantee, and our dedication to you are always the same, whether you book us for a one-time cleaning or sign-up for recurring services.

Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered microfiber and soft cotton towels. You will be happy to know that almost all of our products are eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented. If you would like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to do so.

We attempt to bring the same cleaners on a scheduled basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) Quick Clean Services appreciates, and understands having the same crew perform your cleaning, this will give you the opportunity to become comfortable and acquainted with your team.

No. In fact, many clients prefer to give us a key code so we can clean while they are away. All customer key codes are designated and secured when not in use. If you wish to provide us with your garage code please call the office so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

Yes! Quick Clean Services loves friendly pets.
For homeowners who own a pet, or pets. Quick Clean Services cannot use our vacuuming systems in those homes that have pets for reasons due to the possible spread of pet hair, or pet hair dandruff that may cause an allergic reaction with other homeowners we serve.  For homeowners who own pets in this case Quick Clean Services will use the client vacuuming systems for vacuum carpets, and hardwood floors. This vacuum chosen must be in good working order. In case of no vacuum systems are available, Quick Clean Services will purchase a vacuum system (Bissell) at the homeowner’s expense, and will leave the vacuum in the home for future recurring cleaning services

We fully understand the importance of knowing who’s who in your home, or property. Every one of our staff personnel is required to wear a uniform and carry identification.

General liability insurance is essential for conducting and servicing our clients because It protects homeowners and business owners from any accidental property damages and or accidental bodily harm that may occur while we are servicing your property. Our general liability insurance policy coverages will insure our clients a peace of mind.

QSC General Liability Insurance protects Homeowners and contractors financially from amounts they become obligated to pay due to damages or medical payments because of bodily injury, property damage or personal/advertising injury to third parties occurring during the policy period caused by or relating to the QCS contractor’s.
