We are currently hiring rock star cleaning specialists, cleaning specialist supervisors, and entry-level area supervisors, for the Western Michigan area’s serving – Ottawa, Muskegon, and portions of Kent County.

Position Qualifications:
You’ll be responsible for keeping residential homes, condos, vacation rentals, cabins, and light commercial spaces spotless — all while following our eco‑friendly cleaning standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Cleanings of all assigned properties according to prescribed cleanliness guidelines, ensuring that each, and every property is in compliance with our standard ECO-friendly cleaning format.
- Reports of any “ broken, lost, and found” items to your supervisor.
- Replenishes amenities such as paper towels, soaps, and shampoos.
- Cleaning of laundry such as beddings, and towels.
- Makings of beds in preparation for new guest arrivals.
- Maintains an inventory of items/amenities placed in vacation properties
- Responsible for using only the company’s prescribed ECO-friendly cleaning products.
- Responsible for quality control walk-through after completing your cleaning assignments with your on-site cleaning supervisor.
- Must wear required company policy uniform attire. Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Performs other duties as directed by your on-site supervisor.
No prior cleaning experience is necessary, though very helpful – Paid training will be provided.
Full and part-time opportunities are available. No nights, Monday through Saturday shifts are open, possibly on Sundays.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Must have a high school education or up to four years of related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. College education of two years or more in a related field or two years of proven management experience in a related field.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. Bilingual speaking is also encouraged.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to work independently and deal with standardized situations.
TRAINING NEEDS:
Training provided in quality control and service,
Training in the company’s policies and procedures.
Training in proper procedures of cleaning properties.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of each job, individuals are regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat, occasionally exposed to moving light items such as chairs or small items to be cleaned.
